Cherie Prochaska, Managing Director
A recent graduate from the University of San Francisco’s Internet Marketing Master Certificate program, Cherie Prochaska also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University where she majored in Marketing and earned a certificate in International Business.
Through her masters courses she gained insight into the cutting-edge practices of the wild wild west (or, world wide web) and the resources required to maintain that edge.
Cherie began her career as a sales manager in the hotel and tourism industries and has first-hand experience with good and bad marketing efforts and how those efforts affect the bottom line. These experiences helped shape her strong belief that marketing should not be measured by awareness but sales.
She lives in Beaverton, Oregon with her husband, twin boys, and miniature beagle. You can find her irregularly chronicling that adventure at The Prochaska Archives.
Jennifer graduated from Texas A&M University with degrees in English and History in 2005, and quickly found her place at BenBella Books, a Dallas-based trade press that specializes in intelligent non-fiction books. She now manages the marketing for BenBella’s imprint Smart Pop Books, a line of smart, fresh pop culture anthologies on the best of tv, movies, and books (think: True Blood, Glee, and Harry Potter). Jennifer also spends much of her free time writing online. She writes for the parenting blog The Stir and manages and regularly contributes to Style Lush, a collaborative style blog.
Jennifer lives in a suburb of Fort Worth with her family of four, which consists of her husband Mike, son Kyle and dog Molly. You can read her thoughts on family, parenting, shoes, cupcakes, and more, at her personal blog She Likes Purple.

Julia Adam, Teller of Tales
Julia loves stories which led her to complete a degree in Dramatic Writing with a focus on Screenwriting from New York University in 2001.
A stint in the film and television industry advanced her skill in storytelling, after which a thirst for adventure sent her traveling the globe. Julia’s experiences abroad enhanced her appreciation for the tourism industry, and in 2005 she returned to New York University where she earned her Master of Science degree in Tourism and Travel Management with a concentration in Strategic Marketing.
Julia believes that marketing is all about storytelling, and in order for an organization to fulfill its goals, it must first tell its story in a compelling way so that customers feel truly connected to the brand.
A recent transplant to Denver, Colorado, Julia spends her free time soaking up all the Colorado sunshine she can while hiking, camping, skiing, and wandering Denver’s charming neighborhoods.
